Master bathroom remodeling in Scottsdale
Scottsdale homeowners ask us for master baths that feel like a resort: a walk-in shower big enough for two, a freestanding tub under a window, double vanities, and storage that keeps everything out of sight. We design the bath with the bedroom and closet around it, render it in 3D, and price it in writing before construction starts.
Scottsdale’s homes span decades, and so do their bathrooms. In 1970s and 1980s neighborhoods like McCormick Ranch, the work is usually reconfiguring a cramped bath and replacing tired plumbing. In 1990s and 2000s North Scottsdale homes, the bones are good and the brief is luxury: curbless showers, soaking tubs, stone and better light.
Permits and HOAs for Scottsdale bathrooms
Moving a shower drain, valve or wall is permitted work, and we pull the permits through the City of Scottsdale Planning & Development department. Interior bathroom work rarely needs HOA architectural approval, but gated communities set rules on contractor access, work hours, parking and dumpsters, and we coordinate them with your HOA. Our permits & HOA guide explains the process.
