Time certainty. The never-ending project is nightmare number two. You get a clear projection of how long construction will take from the very start, and your project manager keeps the schedule current.
Quality certainty. We use high-quality materials, install everything for long-term dependability, and back the work with a two-year labor warranty.
What to expect during construction
People coming and going. We respect your property and privacy. Crews work only during agreed hours, and we tell you in advance who will be there and when. Depending on scope, you may need to move out for some stages — we plan that with you up front.
One point of contact. A dedicated project manager knows your project and keeps you informed — by phone, email or video if you are out of state. Our clients often manage their remodel from another state or a summer home.
A clean, respectful job site. Our team never leaves a mess, protects your home and belongings, and is easy to have around for the length of the job.
A little inconvenience, a lot of happiness. Every remodel involves some disruption. We are experts at keeping it to a minimum, and our clients tell us the result is well worth it.
