How long will a bathroom remodel take?

That depends on the scope and size of the bathroom and the work involved. After we meet to discuss your plans we give you an estimated timeline, and we make it a priority to keep the project on schedule.

How do I keep bathroom remodeling costs in line?

Stick with the original design and plan so the budget does not stretch. Minds change as things come together and we are happy to accommodate, but even the smallest change — like upgrading a fixture or moving a sink — affects the budget.

I am not sure what I want. Can you help me come up with a plan?

Certainly. Our designers ask the questions that reveal your tastes, offer suggestions, and provide images and renderings along the way so you can picture each design in your bathroom.

Can you convert a tub-and-shower combination into a walk-in shower?

Yes. We build tiled, waterproofed walk-in showers — curbless where the structure allows — including grab bars, benches and niches. We do not install acrylic liners or one-day insert swaps.

Do you handle permits for bathroom renovations?

Yes. Our design-build process includes pulling the required municipal permits in Phoenix, Scottsdale and across Maricopa County, managing inspections, and securing HOA architectural approvals.

How can I be sure I will be pleased with the result?

We take time in every phase to understand exactly what you want. Planning is the most critical part of the process and we never rush it; you approve a detailed plan before construction starts.

Small bathrooms

Short on space. Big on style.

Whether it is a half-bath with a toilet and sink, a three-quarter bath with a shower, or a full bath, a successful small bathroom remodel starts with assessing the space.

Unless you are planning major demolition, the existing plumbing locations set the layout — so we design around them. Storage is always at a premium: open or built-in shelving lightens a small bath’s look compared with a solid bank of drawers, and wall-hung cabinets free up floor space.

Layouts planned around existing plumbing
Built-in niches and recessed storage
Floating vanities and wall-hung cabinets

Bathroom remodeling in Phoenix, start to finish

Each person and family has their own idea of the perfect bathroom, so we never rely on cookie-cutter designs. We start by asking how you use the room, then provide images and 3D renderings so you can see different designs in your own space before deciding.

Republic West is an award-winning design-build contractor specializing in master bathroom renovations, spa suites and custom walk-in showers across Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. From custom vanities and freestanding soaking tubs to complete layout expansions, every project is managed in-house and backed by our two-year labor warranty.

What a bathroom remodel costs

Luxury master bathroom transformations typically range from $25,000 to over $100,000, depending on structural expansions, custom tile work, zero-threshold showers, premium vanities and high-end plumbing fixtures. The easiest way to keep costs in line is to settle the design before construction: even a small change — upgrading a fixture or moving a sink — affects the budget.

What homeowners say about their bathrooms.

Real reviews from Republic West bathroom clients.

RWR has such a great group of people, both RWR staff and the subs. Everyone I dealt with was respectful, helpful and competent. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. Thanks to you all for the great job and for alleviating any stress I may have had before the project started. I would definitely recommend RWR to everyone.
