Our Tempe design showroom
Our showroom at 2330 W University Drive is central to the whole Valley and minutes from the airport. It is where design consultations happen: you see cabinetry, stone, tile and fixtures in person, look at 3D renderings of your space, and talk face to face with the people who will build it.
Remodeling in Tempe
Tempe’s housing runs from mid-century ranch homes to condominiums and high-rises around Tempe Town Lake. Condo remodels come with their own rules — building management approval, elevator reservations, work hours and noise limits — and we plan for them from the first visit. Single-family remodels go through the City of Tempe for permits, and Tempe is covered by Arizona’s 2024 ADU law, so attached and detached casitas are allowed on single-family lots.
